Few days ago Gizmodo posted a Powerpoint presentation leak of the Microsoft’s retail shops concept. The shops is planned to be open this Fall. According to the source, the Microsoft’s retail shops will make the Apple Store look downright boring. However, that’s not the point of this post. One of the slide on the Powerpoint presentation shows the Samsung Omnia running a version of Windows Mobile that’s not 6.5 though the name-card show it is.
Looking at the menu of the user interface, it looks like the Windows Mobile 7 leaks we’ve posted few weeks ago with the center menu item and pivoting list up at the top. However it could be just prototype or a photoshop image but with the due date of the Microsoft’s retail shops opening at this Fall, it probably indicates the launch of the Windows Mobile 7 as well. We don’t know and we’ll see.
