Finally, the official Windows Mobile 6.5 ROM upgrade for HTC Touch Diamond2 now available. It can be downloaded from HTC website by supplying your device Serial Number. This is the third official Windows Mobile ROM upgrade for HTC devices after the HTC Touch Pro2 and HTC Snap. The ROM support various language include Germany, Denmark, UK, Sweden, Norway and Portugal.
As usual please consider things below before upgrading your device:
- Check your ROM version. If your phone already use the same version or newer, you don’t need this upgrade
- Don’t forget to backup your data since the upgrade will erase any data stored on the device
- Make sure that the battery level of the device is at least 50%
