So you’ve read so many news about the next “Google Phone” Samsung Nexus S today. But this one could be the last thing you need to know before the official announcement later. Yes, it’s the detail specs of the phone which was revealed from internal Best Buy Product Listing. The document shows GT-19020T as the product name instead of GT-i9020 and also it’s been confirmed for T-Mobile carrier.

Unfortunately the specs lacked of processor speed and internal storage size. But from what we see, the Nexus S will supports EDGE/GPRS 850/900/1800/1900 and HSUPA 900/1700/2100. The HSUPA will enable up to 5.76 Mbps uplink and 7.2 Mbps downlink speed.

There’s no specific mention about the Android version. The other things include 5 megapixel camera, size (4-9/10″ lenght, 1/2″ lenght, 2-1/2″ width), Touchscreen, Build-in GPS, 1500 mAh battery and Black color.

Special case for Japan, the iPhone 4 will hit the SoftBank’s stores starting from June 24th. While in France, people can choose from more than one operators. Although Orange is the only carrier which is officially confirm to offer the iPhone, SFR and Bouygues Telecom are also rumored will join Orange.

Finally T-Mobile unveiled its second Android phone T-Mobile myTouch 3G as the successor to the previous phone T-Mobile G1. The full touchscreen myTouch run on Android OS version 1.5 with no hardware keypad like the G1. The phone will be available to pre-order for current T-Mobile customers starting July 8 for $199.99 with a two-year agreement.

Designed by HTC, myTouch features a 3.2-inch HVGA touch-screen display and virtual keyboard, which orients automatically from portrait to landscape mode in most applications. It also features a 3.2-megapixel camera, a music player with a pre-installed 4GB microSD memory card, and enhanced video capabilities to make it easy for users to record and share pictures and videos, whether via e-mail, MMS or one-click upload to sites such as YouTube™ and Picasa™. The device’s powerful mobile Web experience is supported by fast data speeds via Wi-Fi and T-Mobile’s 3G network.

If you own the G1 phone, you may thinking about upgrading the G1 or not? Many people may said that the myTouch is just a G1 without a keyboard. But to be clear you better read the post about Hands-on of the T-Mobile myTouch 3G on CNET.
