If you have a plan to buy a iPhone you better hold on for a moment. A document at BGR recently reported that Apple is going to launch the 8GB version of the iPhone 3GS. According to the leaked document, the iPhone 3GS 8GB is in the process of shipping to Rogers Canada. However currently there’s no info yet about the pricing.
Looking at the Appple’s current iPhone lineup, the iPhone 3G 8GB is offered at $99, 3GS 16GB at $199, and 3GS 32GB at $299. Witht the launch of the iPhone 3GS 8GB, it’s likely that the phone will replace the $99 iPhone 3G 8GB. With this condition, the iPhone 3G 8GB could be dropped to bargain-basement $49 or may be discontinued.
