This is the third official Windows Mobile ROM upgrade for HTC devices after the HTC Touch Pro2 and HTC Snap. The ROM support various language include Germany, Denmark, UK, Sweden, Norway and Portugal.

The best is yet to come! While poeple are waiting for the release of Windows Mobile 7, Microsoft are already planning for the next Windows Mobile. A recent Microsoft’s job ad is looking for a “Product Planning Manager” which the primary responsibilites will include “product planning for future versions of Windows Mobile platform”. Considering Windows Mobile 7 as the “next Windows Mobile platform”, it means that this is something completely a new product. Could it be the Windows Mobile 8?

Another Windows Mobile 6.5 ROM Upgrade is coming and this time is for Toshiba TG01. The ROM file can be downloaded from Toshiba website and available in English, German and France. Again please carefully follow the instruction before you do the upgrade. Toshiba also offers a demo video for the TG01 with Windows Mobile 6.5. However it’s too slow to load the video so i haven’t watch it.
