A Software Developer Fraser Speirs recently came accross an iTunes dialog box which is somewhat unsual. It indicates a feature that will give you a discounted price to upgrade an older version of apps while it also allows to purchase the items at full price. The strange is Apple put a ‘Buy’ button instead of ‘OK’ button as instructed on the dialog box. A rumor said this could be something that developers has been waiting for since long time ago, that is the paid upgrades feature. Said to say, if this is true it’s not a good news for iTunes custumers although good for developers and of course Apple.

Last week i posted about the Part 1 of Must Have iPhone Applications for Learning Japanese Language. There are 5 apps on the list and today i’m going to share about the rest 5 apps. I have been using it for the last few months and found it very useful to accelerate your Japanese Language skill as well as making your Japanese Language study more effective. If you are interested to learn Japanese Language you may go through these lists and spend the weekend to play with those applications.
Basically the first list contains mostly basic apps that you need to start learning Japanese. While in this second list, the apps are more likely something that you need to learn Japanese in higher level.

Few days ago i posted about the expected release date of the Google Nexus One for Verizon and Vodafone UK which could be a good consideration for your phone buying decisions. But with this new update you probably want to really hold a moment before deciding to buy this phone. An interesting info posted by Android and Me blog recently explaining the major problem of the Nexus One multitouch recognition which is not found on the Droid. This is not a good sign for Android game developers since the latest update about this issue said it’s more likely to be a hardware issue and not sure can be fixed by software update.
The problem was found by game developer Robert Green who was having issues with the screen when developing for Battery Powred Games. He has made an application to illustrate this issue called Multitouch Visible test which is available in the Android Market.

Palm has released the all new Facebook application for their Palm webOS devices. This complete revamped is something what they called a rewritten-from-scratch version of the Facebook application. The app is now available for free in the Palm App Catalog. I haven’t tried this new app but looking at the screenshots, this new version seems so promising and this is an absolutely good news for Palm webOS device owners.
