A Software Developer Fraser Speirs recently came accross an iTunes dialog box which is somewhat unsual. It indicates a feature that will give you a discounted price to upgrade an older version of apps while it also allows to purchase the items at full price. The strange is Apple put a ‘Buy’ button instead of ‘OK’ button as instructed on the dialog box. A rumor said this could be something that developers has been waiting for since long time ago, that is the paid upgrades feature.
