The Motorola DROID 2 pre-order is started today at VerizonWiress.com and will be in Verizon Wireless Stores beginning August 12 for $199.99 with a new two-year customer agreement. But folks from Droid-life were so lucky to have a hands-on session with the phone before the phone hits store for sale. And thanks to them for sharing the hands-on video publicly.

Just to refresh your mind, the Motorola DROID 2 is the next generation of it’s predecessor DROID which has achieved a great success. The DROID 2 which is running on Android 2.2 comes with an enhanced QWERTY keyboard, Adobe Flash Player 10.1 and 1 GHz processor, 5 megapixel camera with video capture capability, 3.7-inches touch screen supports SD memory card with 8GB included.
