Samsung Application Store Opens on September 14th

It’s all set and Samsung is ready to launch their brand-new Samsung Application Store on Monday, September 14th. The store will provide apps for various Samsung Mobile Phones from various platforms such as Symbian, Windows Mobile and Java. The new platform for Samsung devices which is Android is not yet supported by the store. So get ready and looking forward to see how the store will look like.

At the moment Samsung offers apps for their customers through the Samsung Mobile Applications beta website which is claimed to have more than 10,000 applications. Don’t know what Samsung will do with it after the launch of the new application store. But i guess the new application store is more likely to be the migration of the beta version.

Besides the Application Store, it’s likely that Samsung will make an announcement of the winners of the Samsung Innovation Quest 2009 competition which was closed few weeks ago. If you one of them who participate on the competition, so stay tune!
