Sony Ericsson Satio to Hit Vodafone UK in October

While eBay is offering the Sony Ericsson Satio (Idou) starting from August 16, Vodafone UK today announced that the phone will officially hit their stores in October. The Sony Ericsson Satio will be the first Vodafone’s 12.1MP Camera phone and expected to be successful when launched. It’s interesting since the eBay said that the unlocked version that they offer right now is available for shipping worldwide for any GSM.

As per today eBay claims that they have sold 13 units of the Sony Ericsson Satio so far. To refresh your memory about the phone, Sony Ericsson Satio is the first Sony Ericsson’s 12MP camera phone with 3.5″ screen and supports GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 and UMTS/HSDPA 850/900/2100.
