We know that there are rumors said that Microsoft is preparing their first mobile phone. And recently an update on the Twitter page of the Microsoft Office 2010 team gives more hints to this rumor. The tweet simply says “June 2009 will be an important month for Zune lovers” and followed by another update saying “New product launch, that’s all i’m allowed to say. Hold off from buying an iPhone/Pre. 
”.
Considering the iPhone/Pre as smartphone, means that Microsoft could be ready to announce their first Microsoft Phone as rumored before. And looking at the upcoming new Zune, namely the Zune HD could be released this year, this could be what people are waiting for as the “Zune Phone”.
The ZuneHD looks like the first generation iPhone with brushed aluminium back, pure glass front and multi-touch and wireless connectivity. The device will be available in 16GB and 32GB versions.
